1. About us
This website, shopveralova.com, is operated by VeraLova ("VeraLova", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Returns & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Using our website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, or to interfere with how it works.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
3. Products
- We describe our products, including VeraLova Feed and Seal Wood Salve, as accurately as we can. Colours in photos and videos may look slightly different on your screen.
- Results vary with the type, age and condition of the wood. Wood that is deeply weathered, cracked or coated in varnish may need preparation first. We always recommend testing a small, hidden area before treating a whole piece.
- Use our products only as directed on the label and product page. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- Promotions such as "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" apply only while advertised and can't be combined with other offers unless we say so.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada. Processing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. Delivery times are estimates, and we're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control, though we'll always help you track or replace a missing order.
Customers outside Australia are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country, unless these are collected at checkout.

8. Consumer guarantees and liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and customers in other countries keep the rights their local consumer laws give them. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, including damage caused by using a product other than as directed. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price you paid.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos and the VeraLova name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
10. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This doesn't remove any right you have to bring a claim under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
